We accept payment in Costa Rican colones (CRC) or US dollars (USD). You're welcome to pay in either currency – just let us know your preference in advance, if possible.
If our staff determines that weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the tour, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Safety comes first.
Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the tour operator. Our policy is as follows: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the activity are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel between 36 and 48 hours before the activity, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
$57 USD per person, one way. You travel with other passengers on a fixed schedule.
Every shared shuttle makes one 20-minute stop for the restroom and, if needed, a change of vehicle.
Shared shuttles have a size limit for surfboards and an additional charge. Tell me the size of your board when you book and I will confirm it. If you travel with several boards, a private shuttle is usually the better option.
Shared shuttles usually cannot offer child seats. If you travel with small children, a private shuttle can include one when you request it in advance.
Pets are not allowed on shared shuttles. A private shuttle can take your pet in a proper carrier if you ask in advance.
A private shuttle is only for your group and leaves at the time you choose, door to door. A shared shuttle has a fixed schedule, you travel with other passengers and it costs less per person. See the private shuttles.
