Soar through the trees, walk forest trails, and enjoy scenic views while learning about the local environment.
- Adrenaline Tour
Designed for those who enjoy a more active experience, the Adrenaline Tour starts with our Canopy Surfing ride—gliding through the trees with views of the ocean—followed by 4 zipline cables, 2 rappels, and a short break with fresh seasonal fruit. The tour ends with our Superman Zipline, where you'll fly headfirst over the forest canopy for a memorable finish.
- Canopy Tour
If you prefer a more relaxed pace while still enjoying some adventure, the Canopy Tour is a great choice. It includes 9 zipline cables and 2 rappels, connected by short nature walks. This tour offers beautiful views of the forest, mountains, and ocean, with the chance to spot wildlife and learn about the local ecosystem. Our eco-friendly platforms are built to blend into the surroundings and ensure safety.
You’re welcome to meet us at our office. We’re located across the street from Roots Bakery, on Sámara’s main road.
Subject to availability between 7:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Arrive at the Wingnuts base between 7:00 AM–2:30 PM (time confirmed at booking). Meet your bilingual guides, sign waivers, and receive helmets, harnesses, gloves, and safety orientation.
Ensure a snug, comfortable fit for all gear before heading into the trees.
Canopy Surfing Ride – Stand on the surfboard harness and glide 400 m above the canopy toward the ocean.
Zipline Run – Tackle 4 medium-length cables weaving through the forest.
Rappels – Descend twice on controlled vertical lines.
Snack Break – Refuel with fresh seasonal fruit and water.
Superman Zipline – Fly headfirst over the treetops for a thrilling finale.
Zipline Circuit – Cross 9 cables of varying length and height, taking in forest, mountain, and ocean vistas.
Rappels – Complete 2 controlled descents back to ground level.
Nature Walks – Short trail segments link platforms, with chances to spot wildlife and learn about the ecosystem.
Return to base, remove gear, and review highlights with your guides.

We accept payment in Costa Rican colones (CRC) or US dollars (USD). You're welcome to pay in either currency – just let us know your preference in advance, if possible.
We love sharing nature with our guests, and we do our best to provide the best possible experience. However, it's important to remember that wildlife sightings and water visibility can never be guaranteed, as they depend on natural conditions beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding!
If our staff determines that weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the tour, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Safety comes first.
Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the tour operator. Our policy is as follows: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the activity are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel between 36 and 48 hours before the activity, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
