We accept payment in Costa Rican colones (CRC) or US dollars (USD). You're welcome to pay in either currency – just let us know your preference in advance, if possible.
If our staff determines that weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the tour, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Safety comes first.
Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the tour operator. Our policy is as follows: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the activity are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel between 36 and 48 hours before the activity, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
From $275 USD per group, not per person: the vehicle is only for your party. The exact price depends on the direction and the number of passengers, and I confirm it when you book.
The price includes up to 1 hour of waiting time. If your flight is delayed longer than that, extra waiting time has an additional cost: send me a message and I will confirm it for you.
On average, 1 suitcase, 1 carry-on and 1 personal bag per person. If you travel with extra luggage, let me know before you book, as it may have an additional cost.
Yes, quick stops are no problem. Longer stops of more than 20 minutes, like a meal or shopping, must be requested in advance and may have an additional cost.
Yes. Surfboards are welcome on private shuttles. Tell me how many boards you have and their size when you book, so I can send the right vehicle.
Yes. A child seat can be provided on private shuttles if you request it in advance, when you book.
Yes, on private shuttles. Ask me before you book: it may have an additional cost, and your pet must travel in a proper carrier.
A private shuttle is only for your group and leaves at the time you choose, door to door. A shared shuttle has a fixed schedule, you travel with other passengers and it costs less per person. See the shared shuttles.
