Feel your pulse quicken on our Tenorio River Whitewater Rafting Adventure, tailored for adrenaline seekers ready to tackle Class III–IV rapids. After pickup in Sámara or Punta Islita, you’ll journey through lush Guanacaste landscapes to the river put-in, where your specialist guide equips you with safety gear and paddling techniques. Over the next 12 km, navigate more than 22 thrilling rapids, including the heart-stopping 12-foot drop at Cascabel Falls. Along the way, keep watch for iguanas sunning on rocky banks, toucans calling from treetops, and monkeys swinging through the canopy. A jungle hike leads to a 4×4 extraction point, returning you to base for a hearty lunch, freshen-up facilities, and a comfortable transfer back—just in time to catch a Pacific sunset. Whether this is your first raft or your tenth, this full-day excursion combines wild river action with rainforest immersion for an unforgettable Costa Rican adventure.
