Condo Palma is a tastefully finished studio that is perfectly situated between two of the best beaches Costa Rica has to offer. On the third floor, the high ceilings and open layout make it easy to enjoy cooking while chatting and sipping a cocktail with a loved one sitting at the breakfast counter.
Amazing views of the preserved wetland and palm trees can be seen throughout the entire apartment.
Perfect for couples who want to enjoy a quiet vacation immersed in nature, but have easy access to restaurants and nightlife just a short 7 minute drive away.

Condo Palma is conveniently located by two incredible beaches. Playa Samara is right across the street from the condo's gated entrance, and is an easy walk down the dirt beach access road (which is where you can very often find groups of howler monkeys hanging out). Playa Carrillo is the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica, in our opinion, and is less than a one minute drive away. You can also walk there in less than 10 minutes, which we often do, you'll just want to be cautious watching out for traffic.
Guest parking is available in the uncovered parking lot. Safety lights automatically turn on at night.
Other things to note:
No smoking is allowed in the apartment or on the balcony. Please only smoke in the guest parking area.
Please be mindful of neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. There are only 12 units in our condo community, so it is usually a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which is lovely.
Condo Palma offers recycling and compost bins in the guest parking area.
