Casa Guanacaste at Finca Lucky is a cozy private home well suited for 4 people with a large patio in the middle of nature, a pool, starlink internet and easy access to the beach town of Samara (4.6 km). Samara, also referred to as the black hole of happiness, has plentiful shopping, restaurants and a world class beach. The house was recently extended and renovated in 2022 and has a shared washer and dryer.
The space:
Casa Guanacaste has two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed), two full bathrooms, a large outdoor patio, a washer and dryer, and pool access. Private parking is available with a 4 wheel drive vehicle, otherwise parking is at the road and there are about 20 steps to the house.
Guest access:
Our entire house is yours for private use!
Other things to note:
Parking at the road to Finca Lucky does not require 4 wheel drive; however, the private parking located directly next to Casa Guanacaste is steep and it would not be advised without the proper vehicle.
